We follow all laws regarding children's privacy, and we take extra measures to safeguard student information.
We take your privacy seriously. We do NOT sell or share any of teacher, parent or student data. We may email you if there are updates to the website that we feel you should know about (updates or upgrades, etc). If you sign up for our newsletter, you may receive, within that newsletter, offers from other companies. They will NOT have your information unless you contact them through the links provided. We are committed to student and teacher privacy and work hard to maintain a secure website. We do not contact students directly. If a student emails us, we refer them to their teachers for password changes. We will provide tech support to students or parents if they contact us.
IN THE EVEN OF A DATA BREACH
In the event of a data breach, all teachers will be informed via email and on the teacher home page upon login in a timely manner. Details about a breach will be shared including what data, if any, was lost within 72 hours of knowing by Educational Software USA.

NO GUARANTY OF RESULTS
EducationalSoftwareUSA.com.com is a tool to assist your child or students for education and entertainment purposes. Because every student learns differently, EducationalSoftwareUSA.com cannot guarantee particular results from a student’s use of the Service.
MODIFICATION OF TERMS
The Terms of Service (and any agreement, rule, or policy incorporated by reference) may be modified by EducationalSoftwareUSA.com at any time by publication through the EducationalSoftwareUSA.com website or by sending you an email. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
